1. Purpose of This Policy

This policy is designed to protect users, improve listing quality, support fair moderation, reduce misleading or fraudulent content, and help ensure that content published on Adjeem.com remains suitable for a UAE-based property and vehicle marketplace.

2.4 Broad Vehicle Coverage

Vehicle listings may include different vehicle purposes and types, including but not limited to private vehicles, commercial vehicles, used vehicles, new vehicles, motorcycles, transport vehicles, trailers, marine vehicles, heavy machinery, number plates, and genuine related parts or accessories where permitted on the platform.

2.5 Category Misuse

Posting content in the wrong category to gain more visibility, attract unrelated users, or avoid moderation is not permitted. Listings placed in unsuitable categories may be edited, moved, rejected, removed, or may result in account action.

3. Geographic Scope

Adjeem.com is intended for UAE-based use. Listings must relate to properties, vehicles, services, or opportunities that are relevant to the United Arab Emirates and must comply with applicable UAE laws, regulations, and marketplace standards.

We may restrict, remove, or refuse content that appears unrelated to the UAE, contains misleading location details, or does not match the intended regional use of the platform.

4. General Listing Standards

All content posted on Adjeem.com must be accurate, lawful, clear, and relevant. Users must ensure that every listing gives a fair and truthful representation of what is being offered.

4.1 Accuracy

  • Users must not make false, exaggerated, or unverifiable claims

  • Important conditions, restrictions, features, or limitations must be disclosed clearly

5. Property Listing Rules

All property listings must clearly and fairly represent the actual property being offered.

5.1 Required Standards for Property Listings

  • Use the correct property category and purpose, such as sale or rent
  • Describe the actual property type, such as apartment, villa, townhouse, office, warehouse, shop, building, land, or plot
  • State the correct location, price, size, and key features where applicable

5.2 Prohibited Property Practices

  • Fake availability or fake locations
  • Misleading rental or sale pricing
  • Bait ads created only to attract inquiries to a different property
  • Use of irrelevant sample images without clear disclosure where not permitted
  • Posting the same property repeatedly without a valid reason

6. Vehicle Listing Rules

All vehicle listings must accurately represent the actual vehicle, item, or approved vehicle-related offering being advertised.

6.1 Required Standards for Vehicle Listings

  • Use the correct category and subcategory
  • Provide truthful details about model, year, condition, usage, and relevant specifications
  • Use real and relevant images wherever possible
  • Disclose material facts that may significantly affect value or user decision-making

6.2 Prohibited Vehicle Practices

  • False vehicle specifications or false condition claims
  • Advertising unavailable vehicles
  • Misleading or manipulated price tactics
  • Listing unrelated parts, accessories, or number plates in the wrong section
  • Posting duplicate or spam vehicle ads

7. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are not allowed on Adjeem.com and may be removed without notice:

  • Fake, fraudulent, or non-existent listings
  • Duplicate, repetitive, or spam listings
  • Misleading titles, images, descriptions, or prices
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, or other third-party rights

8. Duplicate Listings Policy

Users must not post the same or substantially similar listing multiple times unless expressly permitted by the platform.

  • Duplicate listings may be rejected or removed
  • Repeated reposting of the same content may lead to reduced visibility, restrictions, suspension, or account termination
  • Listings with minor wording changes but the same underlying offer may still be treated as duplicates

9. Pricing & Transparency Rules

Prices must be genuine, reasonable, and clearly presented.

  • Do not use fake prices to attract attention
  • Do not hide important charges, fees, or conditions
  • Do not advertise one price publicly and demand a materially different price without valid explanation
  • Negotiable pricing should still reflect a realistic advertised value

Listings with deceptive pricing practices may be rejected, edited for compliance review, or removed.

10. Image & Media Rules

Images, videos, and other media must be relevant, lawful, and not misleading.

10.1 Permitted Media

  • Clear and relevant photos of the actual property, vehicle, or approved item
  • Images that help users understand the listing accurately
  • Media that does not misrepresent quality, condition, ownership, or availability

10.2 Prohibited Media

  • Stolen or copyrighted images without authorization
  • Images unrelated to the actual listing
  • Misleading edits that materially distort the offer
  • Inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful visuals
  • Watermarks, overlays, or promotional text intended to mislead users or bypass platform rules

11. Listing Approval & Moderation

All listings on Adjeem.com are subject to review before publication. Submission of a listing does not guarantee approval or publication.

  • New listings may be marked as Under Review
  • Users may receive notifications when a listing is submitted, approved, rejected, or published
  • Adjeem may approve, reject, edit, limit, unpublish, or remove content at its discretion

11.1 Right to Modify Listings

Adjeem.com reserves the right to edit, modify, format, reclassify, or remove listing content to maintain compliance with platform standards, improve clarity, prevent misuse, or support marketplace quality and safety.

11.2 No Obligation to Publish

Adjeem.com is under no obligation to publish, continue publishing, or restore any listing, advertisement, message, image, banner, or other user content.

12. Paid Listings, Credits & Promotional Content

Some features on Adjeem.com may require credits, paid placements, premium ad options, or banner advertising.

  • Payment for credits or promotional services does not guarantee automatic approval
  • All paid content remains subject to this Content Policy and platform review
  • Paid listings, premium ads, and advertising banners may be rejected or removed if they breach platform rules or legal requirements

13. User Conduct in Chat & Communication

Users must communicate respectfully and lawfully through the platform chat and any other communication tools made available by Adjeem.com.

Repeated, deliberate, or serious violations may result in immediate temporary suspension or permanent termination of the user account without prior notice.

16. Platform Discretion
