UAE’s Leading Fre. Classified Marketplace

Adjeem is a general classifieds portal for the UAE, where you can post free classified ads and find almost anything you need to buy, sell or rent. Browse cars, property, electronics, furniture, services and more from owners, dealers, landlords and agents, contact them directly and, when you have something to offer, post your free ad. Every ad is reviewed before it goes live.

Use the search above to pick a city and category, or read on to see what is free, how to reach a seller and how to check an ad before you pay anyone.

What Are Free Classified Ads?

Free classified ads are short online listings that you can publish at no cost to sell, rent out or find something. Each ad sits in a category and shows the price, location, photos and a way to contact the person behind it. The marketplace introduces the two sides, and they agree the deal themselves.

Classifieds work for almost anything, from a used phone or sofa to a car or a rental home, because you can see the details, ask questions and view it in person before you decide.

"Free" rarely covers everything. Most classified sites pay for the free service by selling extras such as better placement, and the rules differ from site to site. Before you post anywhere, check three things: how many free ads you get, how long they stay live and what costs extra.

How to Choose a Free Classifieds Site in the UAE

A free ad only helps if the right people see it and can trust it. Whichever site you use, these questions will tell you more than the word "free" on its homepage.

Is your category active? Look for recent ads like yours in your emirate. A site can be busy in one section and quiet in another.

What are the limits? Check how many free ads you get, how long they last and what happens when they expire.

Are ads checked? Find out whether listings are reviewed before they appear and how you can report a problem.

Can people reach each other directly? See whether the site offers calls, WhatsApp or chat, and what you need to do to use them.

Is help available? Clear rules, safety advice and a support contact matter if something goes wrong.

Adjeem publishes its posting rules and safety guides, and the sections below show what is free. Check the current ads in your area first, and switch to Entire UAE if you want more choice.

Browse Classifieds by Category

Adjeem is built for everyday buying and selling as well as big purchases. Vehicles and property have the most detailed categories and filters, and you can also advertise electronics, home goods, fashion, services and community listings. Choose the closest category when you post.

Vehicles

Car buyers can start with used cars for sale, new cars for sale or cars for rent. Adjeem also has separate categories for motorcycles and scooters, trucks and trailers, buses and microbuses, boats and watercraft, heavy equipment, vehicle parts and accessories and number plates.

Car ads have set fields for year, mileage, transmission, regional specs, service history, warranty and seller type. That helps you compare like with like, because two cars at the same price can look very different once you check the mileage and service record.

Browse All Vehicles in the UAE

Property

Renters can look at apartments for rent, villas and houses for rent, rooms for rent or bed space and partitions. Buyers have apartments for sale, villas and houses for sale and the wider property for sale section. Businesses and investors can use commercial property for rent, commercial property for sale and the land categories for residential, commercial and industrial plots.

Property ads come from owners, landlords, agencies and developers, so check who you are dealing with and what the price covers. An off-plan project, a resale flat and a rented-out investment unit can all appear in the same category.

Browse All Property in the UAE

Electronics and Mobile Phones

People in the UAE often sell phones, laptops, tablets, cameras and gaming consoles after an upgrade or before a move. Ask for the original receipt and any remaining warranty, and test the item before you pay. For a phone, check the battery health and make sure it is signed out of the seller's iCloud or Google account.

Furniture and Home Goods

Sofas, beds, wardrobes, dining sets and home appliances regularly appear when residents move home. Measure your space first and ask for the item's dimensions. Agree who will dismantle and transport it, because collection can add to the cost of a bargain.

Fashion and Accessories

You can find watches, bags, clothing, sportswear and children's items, new or pre-owned. For branded goods, ask for proof of purchase and inspect the item in person. Counterfeit products are not allowed.

Services

Local providers can advertise home maintenance, cleaning, moving, tutoring and similar services. Ask what the price includes and whether the provider is licensed for the work. Agree the job in writing before you pay.

Jobs, Community and Pets

Community listings can include part-time job posts, notices, events and pet rehoming. Genuine employers should not charge you to apply, and Abu Dhabi Police warn about fake recruiters asking for application or processing fees.

Credits are topped up from your dashboard. Payments go through Stripe, with Apple Pay and other supported digital methods available, and Adjeem does not store your card details. Credit purchases are generally non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise, so improve your title, photos and price first, then see how to promote your ad if you want more reach.

The limit on free ads can change, so read how many ads you can post and check the options shown when you post. The money for the item itself never goes through Adjeem, because the platform does not handle payments between buyers and sellers.

When Is a Paid Promotion Worth It?

Start with the free ad. If it gets few views, review the title, category and price before you spend anything. A promotion makes more sense when your listing is already accurate and you are in a busy category, or when timing matters, such as a car you must sell before you leave the country. A promotion raises visibility while the ad is live, but it may not extend the ad's duration, and it cannot promise a sale.

How to Contact a Seller on Adjeem

Contacting a seller is free. Most of the work is in knowing what to look for and what to ask.

Find the ad. Search by city and category, then use the filters to narrow your results.

Read the whole listing. Check the price, the details panel and the description, and note the Ad ID.

See who posted it. The seller panel shows the seller's name, their seller type and how many ads they have active, with a link to their profile.

Get in touch. Use Contact Seller, WhatsApp or Chat on the listing. You need to sign in to view the seller's phone number.

Arrange a viewing. Agree a time and a busy public place for an item or vehicle, or a visit to a property, and keep your messages.

What to Say in Your First Message

A specific first message gets a better answer and shows you are serious. You can adapt one of these:

For a vehicle: "Hi, I saw your [year and model] on Adjeem. Is it still available? Please confirm the mileage, the regional specs and whether the car is registered in your name. I could view it on [day] in [area]."

For an item: "Hi, I saw your [item] on Adjeem. Is it still available? Please confirm its age, its condition and whether you have the receipt. I could collect it on [day] in [area]."

For a rental: "Hi, I saw your [property type] in [area] on Adjeem. Is it still available? Please confirm the annual rent, the number of cheques, the deposit and any agency fee. Are you the owner or the agent?"

If someone will not answer a simple question, refuses a viewing or asks for money first, move on to the next ad.

Private Seller, Dealer or Agent: Who Are You Dealing With?

Classified ads on Adjeem come from different kinds of advertiser, and the right questions change with each one. Check the seller type on the listing, then open the profile.

Private seller. There may be no warranty, so inspect carefully and ask for service records.

Dealer. Ask for any warranty or finance terms in writing, and confirm the final price with all fees.

Landlord. Ask for proof that they own the property or have the right to let it.

Agent or agency. Check their licence, and ask how much commission applies and who pays it.

Developer. Check the project, payment plan and handover date in the official contract, not only the ad.

How to Post a Free Ad on Adjeem

To post on Adjeem you need a free account, and to open one you must be at least 18 with a valid UAE mobile number. What you advertise must be genuine, legal and located in the UAE, although you can post while you are abroad.

Register or log in, then choose Post Free Ad.

Pick the category and subcategory that match your listing.

Write the title and description, then add the price and location.

Upload clear, real photos of what you are offering.

Review everything and submit.

Your ad shows as Under Review until it has been checked. Many ads are approved within a few hours, although some take longer, and you are notified once the review is complete. You can then edit, pause or delete the ad from your dashboard. Ads stay live for a set period, and you can renew or repost yours when it expires.

Give Your Ad the Best Chance of Approval

One item, vehicle or property per ad. Duplicates and near-duplicates can be rejected.

Put facts in the title. "2021 Nissan Patrol SE, GCC Specs, 62,000 km, Dubai" says far more than "Car for sale".

Use your own images. Copied or unrelated photos are not allowed.

Show a genuine price and state any extra charges.

Mention faults, restrictions and anything else that could affect a decision.

For the full list, read our rules for posting ads. If your ad does not go live, why ads get rejected explains what to change.

How to Check a Classified Ad Before You Pay

Free ads are easy to publish, so a few checks are worthwhile on any classifieds site. Go through these before you travel or send anything.

The price. Compare at least three similar ads. A price far below the others needs a good explanation.

The rent period. Check whether a figure is per month or per year, and ask about the deposit, commission, VAT and other charges.

The details. The title, photos, details panel and description should all describe the same thing. If they disagree, ask why.

The owner of a vehicle. The name on the Mulkiya (vehicle registration card) should match the seller's Emirates ID, and the VIN should match the vehicle.

The condition of an item. Test electronics and appliances, and look closely at any wear the photos do not show.

The right to sell or let. Ask a landlord or seller for proof, and check that any agent is licensed in that emirate.

Extra charges can change the real cost. For example, an office advertised at AED 65,000 a year with 5% VAT, a 10% commission and an AED 250 Ejari fee costs about AED 75,000 in the first year, before any deposit. Ask for the full figure before you compare two ads. On a car, allow for insurance, registration, transfer fees and any repairs an independent inspection finds.

The final steps and fees vary by emirate, so use our legal checklist for property and vehicle deals before you commit.

Stay Safe When You Buy, Sell or Rent

UAE police regularly warn about fake online ads. Sharjah Police describe a familiar pattern: a valuable item, a very low price and attractive photos, often with pressure to send a deposit quickly. Abu Dhabi Police have warned about property advertised by people who do not own it, or that does not exist, and advise against paying before you have viewed it and completed the paperwork.

Adjeem helps by checking accounts, reviewing ads before they appear and monitoring for suspicious activity. We cannot verify every detail of every listing, though, and we do not take part in the deal, so these habits still matter:

Meet in a busy, public place.

Inspect the item, vehicle or property before you pay.

Never send a deposit or advance payment to someone you have not verified.

Never share your password, card details or one-time code.

Slow down if someone says you must pay today to secure a deal.

If something feels wrong, stop, keep the ad and your messages, and report the listing or user. If you have lost money, contact the police in your emirate.
