Generate reports & preparing email drafts on request from higher management.
Provide assistance in administrative services such as hotel reservations, leased cars, telecommunication companies, Insurance policies, travel arrangements.
Assist HR Team when needed or requested by the Director.
Receive employees’ requests, evaluate, & process them in line with the approved policies & procedures.
Provide assistance in recruitment functions & activities: sourcing applications, screening & filtering, arranging interviews, following up with candidates
